Chinese Embassy in Israel: We urge our citizens to leave Israel by land towards Jordan as soon as possible. Return home or leave the country via land border crossings as soon as possible, on grounds that the security situation has deteriorated and Israeli airspace remains closed.
Russia has done the same.
This might explain why Trump suddenly left the G7 summit and rushed back to DC. Perhaps they are going to try something big and Trump means to stop them.

Russia and China have provided significant support to Iran, particularly in the context of its conflicts and international relations, though the nature and extent of this support vary. Below is a detailed overview based on available information:
Military Cooperation:
Iran has supplied Russia with drones and missiles for use in the Ukraine conflict, deepening their military ties since 2022.
Russia has supported Iran’s civilian space program, which could indirectly aid missile technology development.
The two countries have conducted joint naval exercises with China in the Indian Ocean and Sea of Oman since 2019, aimed at enhancing regional security.
A 20-year strategic cooperation agreement signed in January 2025 covers trade, energy, and security but does not include a mutual defense clause, indicating limits to military commitments.
Economic Ties:
Russia is the largest investor in Iran’s sanctioned economy, with $2.7 billion invested in 2022/23.
Both countries have linked their financial messaging systems (Russia’s SPFS and Iran’s SEPAM) to bypass SWIFT and Western sanctions.
Nuclear Program: Russia has supported Iran’s right to nuclear energy and, alongside China, opposed Western sanctions on Iran’s nuclear program. In March 2025, Russia and China issued a joint statement affirming Iran’s nuclear rights and calling for sanctions to be lifted.
China’s Support for Iran
Diplomatic Support:
China has condemned Israeli strikes on Iran, with Foreign Minister Wang Yi expressing “full support” for Iran in June 2025 and advocating for diplomatic resolutions to the nuclear issue.
China has provided diplomatic cover for Iran at the UN, often vetoing or opposing sanctions alongside Russia.
In 2023, Chinese President Xi Jinping expressed support for Iran’s sovereignty during a visit by then-President Ebrahim Raisi, framing their partnership as a counterweight to U.S. influence.
Economic Ties:
China is Iran’s largest energy buyer and has signed a 25-year strategic partnership agreement in 2021, promising $400 billion in investments, though progress has been slow due to U.S. sanctions.
Both countries promote the use of the Chinese yuan in transactions to reduce reliance on the U.S. dollar and mitigate sanctions.
Military Cooperation:
China has historically supplied Iran with weapons, surveillance equipment, and drone parts, though direct arms transfers have decreased since 1997 due to sanctions.
Joint naval drills with Iran and Russia since 2019 signal military alignment.
There are reports of China aiding Iran in transporting missile shipments.
Nuclear Program: China has supported Iran’s nuclear ambitions since the 1980s, aiding in reactor construction and uranium enrichment facilities. It continues to back Iran’s nuclear energy rights and opposes U.S.-led sanctions.
Context and Limitations
Strategic Alignment: Russia, China, and Iran share a common goal of countering U.S. hegemony, as seen in their cooperation within BRICS and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
Russia and China provide Iran with significant diplomatic, economic, and limited military support, driven by shared opposition to Western influence and sanctions.

President Trump Cuts G7 Visit Short, Will Return to DC Tonight to Meet with National Security Council Team in Situation Room After Telling Everyone to Evacuate Tehran
By: Cristina Laila Jun. 16, 2025:
President Trump will be leaving the G7 Summit in Canada early and returning to DC on Monday evening after telling everyone to evacuate Tehran.
The White House said President Trump will be leaving the G7 Summit after he has dinner with Heads of State tonight.
According to Fox News, President Trump will be meeting with the National Security Council tonight in the Situation Room.
On Monday evening, President Trump issued a terrifying warning to the people in Tehran.
“Iran should have signed the “deal” I told them to sign. What a shame, and waste of human life. Simply stated, IRAN CAN NOT HAVE A NUCLEAR WEAPON. I said it over and over again! Everyone should immediately evacuate Tehran!” Trump said on Truth Social.
Instead of taking the lifeline President Trump has been begging them to take, the IRGC just threateningly released a map of nearby American military bases. pic.twitter.com/fQTXZ9CpgU
