He chases money that pays him to use medicine to help people gamble with their lives:
It’s over. Your kind will never get air time again. You have blood on your hands Mr. Gupta. You should not be doing this video at all…but how much does life cost to you? You were out to lunch selling human lives while The New Ethical Media Professionals where out SAVING LIVES: While Omar Jimenez was out making world History, you we’re out to lunch using medicine to naturalize gambling with our lives for the sake of profit: Omar Jimenez is a CNN Correspondent based in Chicago. Jimenez started with CNN in 2017 for the network's affiliate service, CNN Newsource, based in Washington, D.C. While there, he covered breaking news stories for CNN's more than 900 affiliates nationwide reporting both in the United States and internationally in France and Mexico.
Among his work at Newsource: He reported from the ground in Paris in the aftermath of the Notre Dame Cathedral fire; from Las Vegas just hours after the mass shooting there, the deadliest in modern American history; and from Florida and Texas during the 2017 hurricanes that became part of CNN's Emmy-nominated coverage.
Prior to joining CNN, Jimenez worked for WBAL-TV in Baltimore, Maryland where he was a reporter and fill-in anchor. While there, he received an individual Emmy nomination for general assignment reporting.
He covered the trials for the officers charged in the death of Freddie Gray, was the lead story on the station's Emmy award-winning special on opioids, and published pieces on opioid influence in Maryland and the fight against child sex trafficking across the state.
Jimenez began his on-air career as a multimedia journalist for WGEM- TV in Quincy, IL, where he covered a wide variety of stories, including the business behind the local methamphetamine trade at the time.
He graduated from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University, where he also played on the varsity men's basketball team.
Excellent interview with lots of information.
1:09:00 social isolation is a big part of ppl being sick and dying…
In some way or another, we're all constantly chasing health, and seeking out better ways to live our lives. Once we find what works for us, we need to do it everyday until it becomes so ingrained in us that we can't imagine life any other way.
Are Italians really healthy ? Huh ? Looks to me like plenty Smoke cigs high meat and dairy consumption getting fat like Americans plenty of heart disease etc
Journalism very rare nice to see
Yes, please change food policy!
I first found out about Rich while watching CNN in 2012 when Sanjay was interviewing him in "from fat to fit"
Rich, I would love to get your reading list.
CNN IS fake news! One of the WORST offenders of such practices!!!!!!
You're doctor and you don't have them eat healthy? Why give in to your family, when you are saving their lives by doing so??HUH????
I've done over 10 day just water fasts…..and after 3-4 days, more like 4, you don't even care about food…what does that tell ya, then go light on broth, fruit, very light coming back first 4 days back, nothing to it…..
I shared an office with Dr. Gupta at Michigan. Very nice man and caring physician. I'm glad that he is adopting, (if not fully), the way of eating that is best for animals, (as well as human animals), and the world. My heart disease was reversed and life changed by eating whole plants. Peace and Plants! <3
Yeah pity Gupta denies the truth about vaccines – dangerous and useless and anti-health – and works for pharma-funded media. Its an example of how far humans have actually gone from biologically reality – and how destructive and dishonest "science" and industrialised "medicine" – has become.
So. Good. Thank you!
Fantastic discussion with Sanjay Gupta! Thank you both!
@9:00 "The majority of the people you inspire, you will never meet." Thank you Rich Roll and co. Your influence and these conversations are cathartic for me. I'm vegan partly from listening to your podcasts and some of your vegan guests. I do all that I can to minimize my impact on our planet and to live a humane and cruel-free life. Yes, corporations/politicians should step up, but it's obvious we're on our own here. How we live our lives and spend our money matters. Keep up the good fight.
Amazing credible guy being discredited by the wrong side… Get away from these ppl- OBAMA CARE!??? Are you kidding me!
Cry baby bitches. Wow
Vaccines the biggest scandal of out time! Are you brave enough to have Del Bigtree on? Or have you too fallen for the lie. Interesting people know pharmaceutical companies don’t have our best interests at heart… except when it comes to vaccines? We give newborn babies right out of the womb a heb B shot (a sexually transmitted disease)? Why…? Their immune systems haven’t even turned on yet. 72 shots a child gets! Think about it!
Haa!
Please….
Health is chasing me
Please have Cole Robinson on?
Sleep(fuck your job deadlines), drink water, intermittent fasting, meditation, flexibility, strength/cardio train 3-5 times a week at least 30 min. Say goodbye to your lying ass doctors- Unverified unqualified source me
Hey Rich, I hope you grilled him on vaccines, the biggest medical scandal in history is breaking in front of our eyes. MSM are digging in big time, they will be the last to report on this. Please talk to Bobby Kennedy Jnr … or Del Bigtree. Rich please don’t ignore this issue, be brave and speak out. Please interview RFK jnr. Gupta is fake news CNN is fake news.
Rich, you've changed my life through your book. I just recently completed my first 50 mile run as a 100% vegan runner. All thanks to you for opening me up to the power of diet and the ultra endurance community a couple years back. I am now in the best shape of my life at 24 and have the drive to continue to grow. I very much appreciate you as an individual and am so grateful to come across your story. I'm know I am not the only one. Always wish you the best and look forward to more community guest like Gupta. Thank you!
500 cals a day is not a long term solution. long term this is starvation.
tim sheiff would be an interesting guest.
* i am familiar w longos 5 days mimick.
One of my favorite interviews! Sanjay Gupta is such a gentle speaker. I could feel his kindness as he spoke. Keep it up Rich!
Just wondering HOW to watch the CNN series? I went to CNN and they just have clips, not actual episodes. Can anyone direct me? Thanks!
rich roll please share your trainings routines
Fabulous interview. I watched all of Dr. Gupta's Chasing Life series. So fascinating and so many things that I want to incorporate into my lifestyle. I could listen to both of you in conversation all day long!
An incredibly inspiring podcast. Not only form the science point of view but…it just gives a whole new perspective on possibilities and believing in one's abilities and dreams. Being a student, I felt truly uplifted hearing such amazing stories showing that if you want, you really can become anyone and enjoy your life to the maximum potential.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for inviting such role models for the discussion and being one yourself as well!
Sorry but how can you love the US health care system. It's awful..a money making machine, preying on those with any money and suffering from succumbing to the equally awful and predatory, food, agricultural and pharma industries. A disgrace in what is one of the world's richest countries.
Loved this interview. Is there a way we can watch full episodes of Chasing Life without cable? Even if I have to pay for them?
Love the interactive interview. Very informative
Always liked Sanjay’s segment on TV. No TV now thank goodness. How do you decide early to be a doctor?? My niece decided in third grade to be a doctor of veterinary medicine! She achieved her goal and finished her Ph.D. as well. Cheers for large animal doctors!! To Sanjay’s point on suicides, have you seen the stats on veterinarians? Would be a good podcast.
Thanks for another great one rich!! I can't believe your nearly to 500!! I still remember number 1! Far out haha
So good. Was the best way to start my day this morning. Thank you Sanjay and Rich
Thank you for sharing another amazingly wonderful podcast. Even though I live in Canada, I find this all very interesting. 🇨🇦🙏❤️
Gupta 2024!!!🙌
Please interview Dr. Michael Gregor of nutritionfacts.org !
