  2. Your talk with Bill Davis MD EP37, is the real deal. Davis recommends high D3 (not D2) Fish oil, magnesium, zinc, iodine and probiotics. He said K2 supplementation is questionable and showed no benefit. Antioxidents, triphenols, berries are ok but no fish oil (omega 3) no magnesium and 1000 IU of D2? D3 s/b over 5000IU a day. D3 has a much longer half life. It would be useful to know Warrens calcium score prior to his open heart. Davis talked about the scam of doctors talking patients into heart surgery when they could've stopped risk by diet and lifestyle changes. Finally, knowing someone (no expert) is hyping a product for sale is a real downer. Not one of your best Ivor. And go back to Dr. Davis to get on the right program, Nattokinase aint' going to cut it.

  4. Maintaining a persons Health at optimum levels requires a holistic approach to diet, fitness, spiritual and mental vitality etc.
    There is a real danger of forgetting the big picture when one has a reductionist approach. Focusing on specific vitamins and minerals can lead to other pitfalls.
    Relying on companies making synthetic and organic active agents and marketing them with all sorts of psychological and commercial techniques requires caution.
    Mk7 will not save you alone.

  5. i find it hard to believe that i need some chemical from a bean found 1 place on earth or any other supplements for that matter. how did we survive all this time w/o supplements? doesn't make sense.

  6. Ivor, check out the book 'Health Preserver' by Wilfrid E. Shute. Great book! He and his brother, Evan, were cardiologists who treated many patients with Vitamin E, going right back to 1933.     My question, would you also include long fermented (24 plus hours) genuine sourdough bread?

  9. 64 yo, taking the Ansestrial approach, I'm at least 98% Carnivore and have been
    for 4 years…Funny, how I now can be in the Sun all day long, without
    Sunscreen/block and without any Sunburn…Like, at all…👀
    Before the Carnivore diet, I would be very, very, sensitive to the Sun and
    would have 1-2nd degree burns if I tried the same, I would also sweat like a Pig.
    I guess, that the (PUFA's) "Plant"/Seed oils and of course the Carbs/Sugars
    in our ordinary (USDA) kibble diet, which is responsible for the steady health
    degradations, Worldwide:(
    I take Salt, Mg, Zn, K2-Mk4+Mk7, and when I don't get Sun, I take 5000-9000iu-D3.
