I don't know if there was fraud in this election, this is what my friend said, but I can't debunk it:
Again posting baseless conspiracies. The "thousands" of pages were actually a few hundred. I know because I've read them and yea it sounds scary that you can get a bunch of people to swear to something until they are in court rooms and when asked they either retract their statement, contradict their statement, or state they have no other reason to believe their votes weren't counted than trump lost. I have watched court room proceedings live and also the recordings including how when trumps lawyer Rudy
Giuliani was asked if he is asserting fraud or other issues he states on the record a resounding "No".
Video evidence of the G.A. election box of ballots has been reviewed and determined that there was no fraud at most a misunderstanding.
Biden getting 132,000 votes in the night is simply from mail in ballots in states that cannot count them first. The issue with people leaving was that they were initially told they would be closing up for the night in one center when all the others would be working through the night and were then informed they had to keep working to get it done on time. There were still some observers there and they were not prevented from reentering the building.
Affidavits saying Biden votes being tallied 7 times has been disproven through multiple recounts and was shown to be people being ignorant of how voting machines work.
The whole 68% error rate was debunked as a misinformation campaign.
Also no judges have listened and I dont know how familiar you are with Summary Motions to Dismiss and the attached requirements, but it literally requires a judge to take Prima Facia look at the evidence with the idea that everything the Plaintiffs said being true and to see if the Plaintiff can win. Do you have any understanding of how high that bar is? Because I sure as fuck do and so do many lawyers I know and some of whom i work with. Also if you read the decisions coming out of courts they don't just dismiss on merits they dismiss due to a lack of actual fucking evidence.
In regard to antifa being there I would love to find out who was antifa that hasn't already been proven to be a trump supporter or white nationalist. Please enlighten me.
Lastly I think there is a big problem with misinformation in this country and people need to be held accountable, but very rarely is anyone actually charged with perjury or treason for that matter. They know the system is too full of other issues to really do anything about them. Furthermore, there is the issue of the Mens Rea (intent) requirement to prove that the people who lyed under oath did so with malice or intent to deceive the court rather than a misunderstanding or not knowing the truth. It's a tall order for the court. If you were to ask me I believe anyone who commits perjury should be physically branded a liar on their face for all the world to see, but I admit that's draconian.
Also there is first amendment issues when things are not under oath as people have the right to freedom of speech (with few exceptions as provided incase law).

Now that Trump is done I guess Steven Crowder can just get hired by Fox News and call it a day.
