He’s trying to put in words what he experienced the best he can. When he’s talking about cosmic consciousness It’s very hard to describe it in words, it must be experienced. For example, how do you describe colors to someone who was born blind? You can’t. It must be experienced. I know that people want an official definition of these terms that he’s using. But in reality there is no official definition because it’s so hard to convey in words. It must be experienced in deeper states of meditation daily.

Something important I am comfortable sharing that I feel is a major role in what happened to me was I was atheist before my experience.
10 days after I woke up and went and got baptized with family.

This was exactly the same as what I experienced. No Tunnel, just right out into Space and the Universe. It was so wonderful, I have never forgotten all the things I saw.
