Looking good is great but flexibility is an important part of working out because you're are working out for tomorrow the flexibility you gain from stretching today will benefit you in your later year's to avoid problems with mobility, work for today work your abs but workout for tomorrow as well, learning the splits can be achieved within 4 weeks if you work out twice a day we have time with this lockdown to get it and there are channels like mine that can guide you to achieving that goal feel free to visit
